Black Stroller
By dissolving contemporary dance, circus, physical theatre and music, Black Stroller aims to be an open laboratory for the experimentation, creation and diffusion of performing arts. Our marked difference will make the border between each area imperceptible, resulting in an agile and dynamic language, which encourages reflection and questioning by making use of amazement and perplexity.
Ivan Yaher
Ivan YaHer is a professional dancer who specialises in contemporary ballet and acrobatics. He loves to explore other stage disciplines such as physical theatre and circus to express himself in a different way. Besides being a dancer, Ivan is also a dedicated acrobatics and handstand teacher.
Marquis' Mcgee
Marquis is a composer, sound designer, musician, educator and foley artist from Geneva. Through his projects and compositions, he aims to create a framework to communicate themes and concepts while exploring new sounds and experimental approaches in his music. Through his work, Marquis hopes to evoke a sense of discovery and wonder in everyone who hears, interacts or experiences it.
Josh Golaszewski
Josh Barney Golaszewski was born and raised in Basel. He started Shaolin Kung Fu as a child and went to a Shaolin monastery in China in 2013 to train Kung Fu for a year. In 2017 he discovered physical theatre and partner acrobatics and graduated from INAC circus school in 2022. Since then, he has worked with Cloé as a duo or in the French company XY, among others.
Cloé Matter
Cloé Nathalie Matter from Basel started acrobatics as a teenager, later also three years of ballet and modern dance followed by pole dance and lyra (aerial hoop). In 2016, she discovered partner acrobatics. After graduating with Josh from the circus school INAC, she also worked with the Austrian/German company ConTakt or the company XY.
Juani Rossi
Der Gastkünstler Juani Rossi, 1989 in Argentinien geboren, ist Zirkus- und Tanzkünstler*in mit Ausbildung in Buenos Aires und Brüssel. Juani performt in Compagnien wie Soif totale und Duo N’JoY und verbindet in der Arbeit Zirkus, Tanz und Identität. Zudem unterrichtet Juani europaweit Akro-Dance und Luftakrobatik. Juani lebt in Brüssel.
